- If there is a failure to deliver agreed services from our end
Approved refunds will be processed after internal review.
4. Partial Refunds
If a project is canceled midway:
- Work completed till date will be calculated

5. Subscription & Monthly Services
For services like Ecommerce, Ads, or Social Media:
- No refunds for the current billing cycle
- Cancellation will apply from the next billing cycle
6. Revisions Instead of Refunds
We prioritize client satisfaction. If you’re not satisfied:
- We offer revisions and improvements based on the agreed scope
- Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction without allowing revisions
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:
- Immediate service termination
- Legal action if necessary.
