1. No Refund on Completed Services

Once a service has been fully delivered or completed, no refunds will be issued.

2. Advance Payments

All advance payments made for projects are non-refundable, as they cover initial planning, research, and resource allocation.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • If the project has not been started
  • If there is a failure to deliver agreed services from our end

Approved refunds will be processed after internal review.

4. Partial Refunds

If a project is canceled midway:

  • Work completed till date will be calculated
  • Remaining unused amount (if any) may be partially refunded

5. Subscription & Monthly Services

For services like Ecommerce, Ads, or Social Media:

  • No refunds for the current billing cycle
  • Cancellation will apply from the next billing cycle

6. Revisions Instead of Refunds

We prioritize client satisfaction. If you’re not satisfied:

  • We offer revisions and improvements based on the agreed scope
  • Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction without allowing revisions

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

  • Immediate service termination
  • Legal action if necessary.
