This list is for D2C brands and Amazon sellers who have outgrown packing orders in a spare room or a small warehouse and want a third-party logistics (3PL) partner to store inventory, pick, pack and ship. It covers large networks, specialists for bulky goods, Amazon's own option and one India-focused provider for brands selling domestically in India.
Use it as a shortlist, not a verdict. Every fact below comes from the provider's own website as checked in October 2026. Most 3PLs quote custom pricing, so we only mention prices where a company publishes them. Read the "Worth knowing" notes, then ask the questions in the How to choose section before you sign anything.
We are a marketing agency, not a 3PL, so you will not find us on this list. We picked these companies because they come up again and again when ecommerce brands choose fulfillment, and nobody paid to be here.
How we chose
- Currently operating: each company has a live site describing ecommerce fulfillment services as of October 2026.
- Fit for D2C and marketplace sellers: pick, pack and ship for online orders, not only freight or pallet storage.
- Integrations: we noted Shopify and Amazon connections only where the provider names them on its own pages.
- Pricing transparency: we recorded whether pricing is published or quote-only.
- Network and specialism: warehouse footprint, delivery coverage claims and any niche such as big and heavy items.
- Mix of sizes: large national networks alongside mid-size and specialist operators.

Once fulfillment is solved, growth depends on demand. Fast, reliable delivery helps conversion, but it does not create traffic on its own. That is where most brands need a separate plan for their store and their ads.
Where GrowwithBA fits
Fulfillment fixes delivery. Growth still depends on traffic, conversion and repeat purchase. Once your 3PL is set, GrowwithBA helps with Shopify growth, paid ads and Amazon growth. Shipping and threshold choices affect conversion too; our free shipping threshold calculator helps you set one. If you sell from India to the US, our sister company Think14 runs a Texas warehouse and FBA prep; see our partners to sell on Amazon USA from India.
How to choose
Ask every shortlisted provider these questions and compare the answers in writing:
- What is my all-in cost per order? Ask for receiving, storage, pick and pack, packaging, postage and returns at your real order profile, plus any monthly minimum. Then check the result against your free shipping threshold with our shipping threshold calculator.
- Which of my channels connect natively? Confirm Shopify, Amazon (FBM, FBA prep, Seller Fulfilled Prime) and any retailer EDI you need. If you run a Shopify store, see how we approach Shopify growth.
- Where will my inventory sit? Ask which warehouses you will use on day one and what share of your customers they reach in two days by ground.
- How do you handle Amazon compliance? Prep errors lead to rejected or charged shipments. Ask who builds shipment plans and who pays for mistakes.
- What happens at peak? Ask about cut-off times, weekend operations and how they handled last year's November and December volume.
- What are the exit terms? Check contract length, notice periods and how inventory is released if you leave.
- Who is my day-to-day contact? A named account manager and response-time commitments matter more than a ticket queue.
FAQ
What is the difference between a 3PL and Amazon FBA?
Amazon FBA stores your stock in Amazon warehouses and fulfills Amazon orders, and its Multi-Channel Fulfillment service can ship other channels' orders too. A 3PL is an independent partner that ships orders for your website, marketplaces and retailers, often with branded packaging, and can also prep inventory for FBA.
Do 3PL companies publish their prices?
Most do not. Of the ten companies here, only Simpl Fulfillment publishes a per-order rate, and Amazon publishes MCF fees. The rest quote based on your order volume, product size and storage needs, so ask for a full quote using your real order data.
When should a D2C brand move to a 3PL?
Common triggers are packing taking over the founders' time, missed delivery promises, or customers in distant regions waiting too long. Delivery speed and shipping cost also affect checkout, which our cart abandonment benchmarks for 2026 cover in more detail.
Can one 3PL handle both Shopify and Amazon orders?
Yes. ShipBob, ShipMonk, Red Stag, Shipfusion, ShipNetwork and Simpl all describe Shopify and Amazon integrations on their own sites. Check whether they support FBM only, FBA prep, or Seller Fulfilled Prime, as these differ by provider. For the Amazon side of growth, see our Amazon growth services.
Faster shipping is also a selling point worth testing in your ads. Our performance ads team often uses delivery promises in creative once a reliable 3PL is in place.
Method note: we checked every company's own website in October 2026. Facts, figures and client names come from those pages, and we did not test or work with these providers for this article. Services and pricing change, so confirm details directly with each company. Spotted an error? Email partner@growwithba.com.
