This list is for Indian brands, manufacturers and exporters who want to sell on Amazon USA, and often Walmart USA too, without opening an American office. Getting there usually takes four pieces: a US entity or a seller account, freight from India, a US warehouse that preps stock for FBA, and someone who runs the account day to day. Some providers below cover one piece. A few cover most of them.
Use it as a shortlist. Every fact comes from each provider's own website as checked in October 2026, and we only quote prices where a company publishes them. Read the "Worth knowing" notes, then take the questions in the How to choose section into your first call.
A quick note: Think14 is our sister company, so we have put it at #1 and explained why below. The other nine are real options worth comparing, and nobody paid to be here.
If you want the short version: Think14 handles the US company, warehouse, FBA prep and account management in one place, which is why it leads this list.
How we chose
- Currently operating: each company has a live site describing its services as of October 2026.
- Relevant to Indian sellers: the provider serves international or India-based sellers, ships from India, or handles a step Indian sellers must complete to sell in the US.
- Coverage of the launch chain: we noted which parts of entity setup, freight, FBA prep, fulfillment and account management each one handles.
- US footprint: where the provider's US warehouse or operation sits, when stated.
- Pricing transparency: whether rates are published or quote-only, and any stated minimums.
- Mix of models: Amazon's official route, Indian cross-border logistics firms, US prep centers and a company formation service.

The list
#1. Think14
Best for: Indian brands and manufacturers who want one company to set up the US entity, receive and prep inventory in the US, and run Amazon and Walmart accounts.
What stands out:
- Runs an owned warehouse in Austin, Texas rather than rented racks. The site states a 48-hour FBA prep SLA and $2M of insurance on stored inventory.
- Publishes its rates. The pricing page lists FBA prep at $0.75 per unit (FNSKU label, polybag, bubble wrap and inbound creation) with no minimums and no long-term contracts.
- Handles the India-specific setup. Its US LLC formation service is $1,499 one-time and covers a Texas LLC, an EIN without an SSN, a US business address and registered agent for year one, a US bank account at Mercury or Relay, and the BOI report. The site gives about 21 days end to end.
- Ecommerce management starts at $499 a month for up to 50 SKUs, covering listings, A+ content, pricing, promotions and account health across Amazon, Walmart, eBay and other marketplaces, on monthly terms. The company reports 12 seller LLCs with $2.14M GMV in 2025 and a team of 45+ across India and the US.
Worth knowing: Everything runs from one Texas facility, so sellers who want inventory split across several US regions should ask how that works. Freight from India is quoted per shipment and ads management is itemised separately, so get a full quote rather than relying on the headline rates.
#2. Amazon Global Selling (India to US)
Best for: sellers who want to register and run their own Amazon.com account directly, using Amazon's official programs.
What stands out:
- Amazon's India-to-US guide lays out six steps: decide what to sell, create a North America and Brazil unified account, enroll in Brand Registry, list products, ship and fulfill, and manage the business in Seller Central.
- Amazon SEND (Seller Export and Delivery) moves inventory from India into FBA and Amazon Warehousing and Distribution (AWD) in the US.
- The page lists the documents needed: a government ID such as a passport, an internationally chargeable card, business registration, recent proof of address in India or the US, tax information, and a trademark for Brand Registry.
- The Professional selling plan is stated as $39.99 a month plus selling fees, and Amazon points sellers to its Service Provider Network for shipping and tax help.
Worth knowing: This is a self-service route. Amazon supplies the tools, but you or a partner still handle listings, ads, compliance and day-to-day account work.
#3. Xindus
Best for: Indian exporters who need door-to-door freight from Indian production hubs into Amazon FBA, Walmart and other US channels.
What stands out:
- Covers express D2C air parcels, air-sea hybrid shipments and full container ocean loads, with Importer of Record included and an assured landed cost at booking.
- Lists warehouses in Jaipur and Los Angeles, with factory pickup across India (Jaipur, Surat, Delhi, Mumbai and others).
- Books delivery appointments into Amazon FBA, Walmart WFS, TikTok Shop and Shopify warehouses, and offers an export compliance engine with HS classification.
- States 3,500+ brands shipping with it and 806,099+ shipments delivered.
Worth knowing: Xindus is a logistics and compliance partner, not an account manager. Pricing is not published, so you need a quote per lane and shipment type.
#4. AMZ Prep
Best for: established sellers with steady volume who want FBA freight from India, US customs and prep handled by one large prep network.
What stands out:
- Offers FBA freight forwarding from China, Europe and India to Amazon US fulfillment centers, with customs clearance, FBA labeling and delivery to Amazon included.
- States India-to-FBA transit of 28 to 38 days for ocean FCL and 7 to 10 days for air freight.
- Describes 50+ fulfillment centers, with US sites in states including California, New York, Texas, Ohio and New Jersey, plus Canada, the UK, Germany and the Netherlands.
- Publishes FBA prep from $0.40 per item and case forwarding from $1.50 per box.
Worth knowing: The pricing page sets a minimum of 300 orders per month across prep, fulfillment and shipping, which rules out many first-time sellers.
#5. Shiprocket X
Best for: Indian D2C sellers who already use Shiprocket domestically and want to ship parcels or B2B cargo to the US from the same platform.
What stands out:
- Ships international orders from India to 220+ countries and territories.
- CargoX handles door-to-door B2B air shipments with no weight restrictions, and OceanX offers FCL and LCL ocean freight to 165+ countries.
- Publishes a starting rate of ₹306 per 50g for international shipping.
Worth knowing: The Shiprocket X page does not describe a US warehouse or FBA prep service, so you would still need a US prep partner for FBA inventory.
#6. ShipGlobal
Best for: small Indian exporters and marketplace sellers shipping individual orders to US customers (FBM).
What stands out:
- Courier export from India to 220+ countries, with shipments accepted from 50 grams and pickup across India.
- Supports marketplace sellers on Amazon, eBay, Etsy and Walmart, plus Shopify and B2B shipping.
- States 25,000+ exporters and 1 crore+ orders shipped, with regional offices in Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai and other Indian cities.
Worth knowing: The homepage does not mention a US warehouse or FBA inbound service, and rates come through a quote calculator rather than a public rate card.
#7. Flexport
Best for: larger importers that want ocean and air freight, customs brokerage and US fulfillment managed on one platform.
What stands out:
- Quotes, books and tracks ocean, air and ground freight across 135 countries.
- Offers automated customs brokerage and states 99.8% data accuracy.
- Runs five first-party warehouses as one inventory pool, reaching 83% of the US in three days or less, for ecommerce and B2B fulfillment.
- States that more than 13,000 companies use it, naming brands such as Adidas, Trek and Caraway.
Worth knowing: Pricing is not published, and the homepage does not describe an Amazon FBA prep service, so confirm prep and FBA inbound support for your products.
#8. MyFBAPrep
Best for: brands whose inventory is already landing in the US and who need FBA prep, kitting and DTC fulfillment at scale.
What stands out:
- Offers Amazon FBA prep, DTC fulfillment, Seller Fulfilled Prime support, kitting and assembly, and co-packing.
- States SLAs that have product ready in 24 to 72 hours.
- Describes a nationwide warehouse network, with headquarters in Sunrise, Florida.
Worth knowing: The site says it uses simple subscriptions but does not show rates on the homepage, and it does not describe freight from India or US entity setup.
#9. ShipHype
Best for: DTC brands selling on Shopify, TikTok and Amazon FBM that also want FBA prep and forwarding from the same 3PL.
What stands out:
- Lists FBA prep, storage and forwarding alongside same-day DTC fulfillment, B2B and subscription box services.
- Names US fulfillment centers in Los Angeles, Texas and Secaucus, New Jersey, plus Toronto and Vancouver.
- States 150+ active DTC clients, a 2PM same-day shipping cutoff and receiving plus putaway within 48 hours.
Worth knowing: ShipHype is a US and Canada 3PL. It does not describe freight from India, US company setup or marketplace account management.
#10. doola
Best for: Indian founders who only need a US LLC, EIN, bookkeeping and tax filings, and will arrange logistics separately.
What stands out:
- Forms US companies for founders from outside the US and helps with EIN and US bank account setup through Mercury.
- Offers bookkeeping and federal and state tax filing through its tax and CPA teams.
- Publishes plans: Starter at $297 a year, Tax and Compliance at $1,999 a year, and Business-in-a-Box at $2,999 a year or $329 a month, each plus state fees.
- States 15k+ founders from 175+ countries.
Worth knowing: doola does not offer warehousing, FBA prep or freight, and its homepage does not mention Amazon sellers specifically.
After launch: getting the sales
A partner gets your stock into Amazon. Sales still depend on listings, ads and reviews. Our guide to Amazon product listing optimization covers the listing side, and the ACoS calculator helps you set ad targets before you spend. If you want a team to run it, compare the top Amazon marketing agencies or see our Amazon growth service. Think14 also publishes its full price list and a free instant quote.
How to choose
Start by deciding how much you want to run yourself. If your team can handle Seller Central, ads and compliance, a freight partner plus a prep center may be enough. If not, a provider that also manages the account saves a lot of coordination. Ask each shortlisted provider:
- Which steps do you own? Entity setup, freight, customs, prep, storage, fulfillment, account management. Get it in writing so nothing falls between two vendors.
- What is the all-in cost per unit landed at Amazon? Include freight, duty, prep, storage and any receiving or software fees, not only the headline prep rate.
- Is there a minimum? Some prep centers require hundreds of orders a month. Others have none.
- Who is the Importer of Record? Know who files customs entries and pays duty before the first container leaves India.
- How fast is prep, and what happens when Amazon rejects a shipment? Ask for the written SLA and the process for relabeling or rework.
- Who owns the seller account and brand assets? Your Amazon account, Brand Registry and listings should stay in your company's name.
- How will you report to me? Inventory, sales, ad spend and returns should be visible to you without asking.
Once stock is live, growth depends on listings and advertising. GrowwithBA's Amazon growth service and marketplace management cover that side, and our free ACoS calculator helps you check whether your ad spend is profitable at your landed cost.
FAQ
Do I need a US LLC to sell on Amazon USA from India?
Not always. Amazon's India-to-US guide lets you register with an Indian business registration, ID and tax information. Many sellers still form a US LLC to open a US bank account and present a US business, which providers such as Think14 and doola set up.
How long does it take to ship inventory from India to Amazon FBA?
It depends on the mode. AMZ Prep states 7 to 10 days for air freight and 28 to 38 days for ocean FCL from India to Amazon FBA. Think14 states roughly 4 to 7 days by air and 22 to 30 days by sea to its Texas warehouse, plus 48 hours for prep.
What does FBA prep cost in the US?
Published rates on this list start at $0.40 per item at AMZ Prep, which has a 300 orders per month minimum, and $0.75 per unit at Think14 with no minimums. Storage, receiving and forwarding can add to the total, so compare full quotes.
Can I sell on Walmart USA with the same setup?
Often, yes. Think14 states that the same US LLC, EIN and warehouse can be used for Walmart Marketplace and eBay, and Xindus delivers into Walmart Fulfillment Services. Walmart sets its own seller approval rules, so check eligibility early.
Method note: all provider websites were checked in October 2026. Prices, minimums and figures are quoted from each company's own pages and can change, so confirm them before you sign. Spotted an error? Email partner@growwithba.com.
